V - LE DROIT HUMAIN : A LEGAL ASSOCIATION

The Association "LE DROIT HUMAIN" is governed by the French laws of 1901, and the decrees of 12th April 1939 and 1st June 1939.

Its statutes were deposited at the Ministry of the Interior in Paris in 22nd August 1978 (the authorisation registered at the Prefecture of the Seine on 24th August 1978) and are regularly brought up to date.

In pursuance of the texts and laws in force, and of the International Constitution, all differences requiring solution are governed by the competence of French law, for which reason the Headquarters of the International Order of Co-Freemasonry, "LE DROIT HUMAIN" are situated in Paris, 5 Rue Jules Breton, 75013.

LE DROIT HUMAIN INTERNATIONAL is a Federation of National Associations governed by the texts and laws in force, and grouping together the national Associations of different countries called Philosophical Associations "LE DROIT HUMAIN" which, also, are governed by their respective national laws.

The Federation's most important task is to group together the member national Associations, by encouraging the co-ordination and the synthesis of their work.

The national Associations' members aim to support and promote, by all means, every effort of intellectual, philosophical, moral and social research of their members.
